Bumblebee’s road-legal electric bikes can be ridden by anyone aged from 16*. Our customers range from school leavers to commercial fleets, and city commuters.

AM Category

These class of bikes are restricted to 30mph, so in the eyes of the law it is treated as a 30mph/50cc petrol moped.

These class of bikes have a top speed of 50mph, so in the eyes of the law it is treated as a 125cc petrol motorbike.

Riders must wear a helmet and the bike needs to be registered, as well as display a number plate and have a valid MOT once over three years
